Sarah Baran

Sarah Baran, LDO, ABOC, NCLEC, is a licensed dispensing optician at Warby Parker since February 2019, with official licensure in Tennessee as of May 2024. In this role, Sarah addresses prescription issues for patients via phone and video consultations, while also making necessary frame adjustments. Previously, Sarah served as a CX Advisor at Warby Parker, assisting customers with ordering and inquiries, and participated in social media engagement. Prior experience includes freelancing as a designer, managing luxury custom wedding stationery at Magnificent Milestones, and various roles in the arts and culture sector, including positions at DePaul University Art Museum and Contratiempo. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Architecture from DePaul University and has studied at institutions in Mexico.
