Sarah Morris

Sarah Morris currently serves as a Sales Supervisor Optician Apprentice at Warby Parker since May 2023, while also fulfilling the role of Chief of Staff at The OUT Foundation since April 2019, where responsibilities include event planning, fundraising, community outreach, and project management. Previous experiences include positions as a Substitute Teacher at Alpine School District, Family Coach at the Oregon Department of Human Services, and Administrative Assistant at Demonstrated Tech, LLC. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University, with concentrations in LGBTQ Rights and Women's Rights. Early career roles in community management and library services laid the foundation for a diverse professional background focused on advocacy, project leadership, and client support.
