Nikolaeva Nelly

Nelly Nikolaeva graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, specialize in Finance and Credit and Novgorod State University with a degree in IT Engineer.

Nelly joined the Ward Howell team in 2018. Before joining Ward Howell, from 2004 to 2017, Nelly worked on senior positions in large commercial banks, particularly Raiffeisenbank and Alfabank. Having extensive managerial experience in the financial industry, Nelly understands the specifics and needs of the business, as well as modern challenges and requirements for managers of various business areas.

Nelly Nikolaeva specializes in the search for professionals and the formation of effective management teams for commercial and investment banks, as well as management companies and private equity funds. Nelly also focuses on top investment and finance professionals searches for other industrial sectors.
