Consultant, Leadership Development Practice at Ward Howell

Evgeniy specializes in leadership development in organizations that make use of leadership programs, executive coaching and strategic team-building sessions. He joined the Ward Howell team in 2007 and has worked with executives and mid-level managers as a coach, trainer, and consultant. Assuming several different roles at various stages – initial planning and design, assessment and selection of participants, leading trainings and coaching sessions, facilitating team-building sessions – he has taken part in several major, complex leadership development programs, as well as many short-term programs.

Before entering the sphere of leadership education, Evgeniy worked in several marketing and sales positions at Troika Dialog and, subsequently, at an IT startup at VDNH. His client portfolio includes major Russian and international companies as well as medium-sized businesses in many different sectors of the economy: banking and finance, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, media, IT, and government.

Evgeniy graduated from a joint program between the London School of Economics and Higher School of Economics in 2006. One year later, he enrolled in a leadership and coaching education program with INSEAD professor Stanislav Shekshnia. Since then he has furthered his professional education through long- and short-term programs, constantly increasing his professional level.

Evgeniy teaches courses on applied psychology in business in the social sciences department of the Higher School of Economics, as well as at the Russian Academy of Natural Economy and the Civil Service. Evgeniy is certified in applied psychological tools such as the Hogan, MBTI, DISC and others. He is also an associate coach for CCL and other international leadership development organizations.
