Bal Massand MSyl has extensive experience in security operations, currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at Ward Security since October 2021. Prior to this role, Bal held the position of Service Manager at OCS Group UK from February 2016 to October 2021, and worked as a Security Manager at Securitas Security Services from May 2010 to January 2016. Bal's career in the security industry began at Reliance Security Services, where the position of Site Manager was held from May 1994 to 2010.
