Carol Strouth

Carol Strouth, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Principal Administrator at Ward & Taylor LLC since September 2004, a leading real estate settlement law firm in Delaware, Carol has played a pivotal role in the firm's recognition as a top workplace and provider of legal services for eight consecutive years. Prior to this position, Carol held various managerial roles at State Farm Insurance Companies from January 1990 to April 2004, where responsibilities included hiring, training, performance management, and budget oversight. Carol began the career as an Auto Claims Adjuster at State Farm Insurance from February 1987 to December 1989, where expertise was developed in complex case investigations. Academically, Carol holds a degree in Human Resources from Villanova University, along with a B.A. in Social Work with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Intermont College.
