Bob Hess has a comprehensive work history in the transportation industry. Bob started as a Safety Director at J.P. Hess Limited LLC in 2005 before moving on to roles at ABF Freight in 2010, where they held positions such as Weight and Research Analyst and Manager of Linehaul Operations. More recently, they joined Ward Transport & Logistics Corp. in 2018, taking on roles like Director of Linehaul and Vice President of Maintenance, Safety and Recruiting. Throughout their career, Bob has gained valuable experience in fleet maintenance, safety, recruiting, and operations management.

Bob Hess completed their high school education at Urbana High School in Urbana, OH from 1995 to 1997. Bob then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics from Wilmington College (OH) from 1997 to 2001.
