Janine Davies

Janine Davies is currently a Resourcing Advisor at Wardell Armstrong. Prior to that, they were Employer Partnership Development Advisor at Staffordshire University from December 2016 to January 2018. In that role, they advised and guided students on appropriate employment opportunities, managed accounts, and did sales and recruitment for the University’s owned staffing service. Janine has also done business development, building a strong client base to provide current and future work experience, placement, and business opportunities for students. Janine has attracted and sourced candidates for a range of roles including temporary, permanent, part time, full time, and Graduate internships. Additionally, Janine has experience preparing adverts, telephone screening, face to face interviewing, interview preparation and offer management, processing ID checks.

Janine Davies has a certification from the CIPD in Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice and a certification from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in Professionalism in Security. Janine also has a GCSE from Madeley High School.
