Salil Joshi

Salil Joshi has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Salil currently works as the Group HR Head at Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Leader - India at ITT Inc. from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an HR Manager - India & Middle East at Ingersoll Rand. Before that, they held the same position at Gardner Denver from 2019 to 2020 and from 2016 to 2018. Salil started their career at Siemens Ltd. in 2011 as a Senior Executive - HR, responsible for talent acquisition and HR-related activities. Salil also has experience in talent acquisition from their previous role at L&T POWER from 2007 to 2011.

Salil Joshi has an education history that includes two degrees. From 2001 to 2004, they attended The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and earned a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree with a field of study in Maths. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, Salil Joshi continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in HR (Human Resources).
