Pamela Bravo Arancibia has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and People Management. Pamela started their career as an Investigator at the Fundación Trabajo en la Calle in 2013. Pamela then worked as a Quality of Life Researcher at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and as a Work Environment Researcher at the Centro de Políticas Públicas UC in 2014.

In 2014, Pamela served as the Head of the Diversity Program at the Chilean Catholic Institute of Migration. Pamela was responsible for designing and implementing a social marketing strategy for the employment exchange and conducting diversity and inclusion training for migrants and those facing chronic unemployment. Pamela also managed business agreements during their tenure.

From 2015 to 2016, Pamela worked as a People Team Trainee at Viña Concha y Toro, where they gained valuable experience in the implementation of HR practices.

In 2016, they joined Mall Plaza as a People and Culture Specialist. Pamela'sresponsibilities included developing and managing the non-monetary compensation and benefits strategy for external collaborators. Pamela also initiated culture, multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Pamela identified performance gaps and implemented training programs to enhance employee skills.

Pamela's work experience also includes a role as the Inclusion and "Stop Bullying" Program Coordinator at the rural school "The School Ernakulam" in Kerala, India. Pamela designed and implemented the school's anti-bullying and inclusion program, along with identifying dental hygiene issues.

Pamela then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Queensland Government in Australia from January to October 2019. Pamela was involved in coordinating the Aboriginal Diversity and Inclusion Program and provided support in training and activities with the aboriginal community.

From 2021 to 2023, Pamela served as an HR Generalist at Evernote, where they played a vital role in maintaining a strong company culture and employee engagement. Pamela was responsible for the employee experience and positioning the employer brand in the Chilean market.

Currently, Pamela holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Wareclouds, starting in May 2023.

Pamela Bravo Arancibia has an education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Pamela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a degree in Social Work, specializing in Mention Organizations, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2012 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Pamela obtained a certification in Advancing Equity and Inclusion Through Gender Partnership from Catalyst Inc. in April 2021. Pamela also completed a certification in Employer Branding from Factorial HR in the same month. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Reducción de sesgos y Reclutamiento inclusivo from The Hero Camp in April 2021. Prior to this, they received a certification in Metodologías ágiles para la resolución de problemas from Capacitarte in February 2021. Pamela also holds a certification in Diseño y Creación de un Emprendimiento Social from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, obtained in August 2020. Lastly, they completed a certification in Metodología Lean from Deloitte in September 2017.

Pamela is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in the academic year 2021-2022.
