Lauren Bergman

Lauren Bergman is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Chief Marketing and Employee Engagement Officer at Warehaus since October 2017. In this role, Lauren represents HR and Employee Relationships as part of the leadership team and oversees diverse communication, marketing, recruitment, and retention strategies that align with the company's mission and values. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Director at an award-winning architecture and design firm, Product Marketing Manager at Armstrong Flooring, and Assistant Vice President, Marketing Communications Manager at Susquehanna Bank, where Lauren built and managed strategic marketing initiatives and successfully led various teams to achieve organizational goals. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Penn State University and additional certifications in marketing management.
