Grace Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and operational improvement. Currently serving as Store Experience Lead and Product Owner for The Warehouse Group since June 2017, Grace leads a diverse team of 16 in managing Point of Sale systems and mobile applications across various stores. Previous experience at The Warehouse Ltd includes roles as Continuous Improvement - Pricing & Availability Manager and Price Execution Manager, where Grace successfully enhanced pricing strategies and store operations. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Spatial Design from Auckland University of Technology. Key achievements include the launch of several initiatives and events that have significantly impacted store operations and customer experience.
