Martin Alpermann

Martin Alpermann has a diverse work experience. Martin is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Warehousing1 since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Finance at Rapid Data GmbH from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Rapid Data GmbH, Martin worked as a Consultant M&A, Fundraising & Finance and Interim CFO from July 2020 to April 2021. Martin also served as a Principal at ALCIS ADVISERS from December 2018 to June 2020.

Martin's career began in 2006 when they joined IEG Investment Banking as a Director, specializing in M&A and financing for internet- and tech-enabled companies. Martin'sresponsibilities included financial modeling, corporate valuations, and preparation of investor documents. Martin worked at IEG Investment Banking for over 12 years, until November 2018.

In addition, Martin has prior experience as an Associate at PwC in 2006 and as an Assistant Regional Controller ASIA (Internship) at GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft from September 2004 to March 2005. During their internship, they were responsible for operational and financial controlling for Asian/APAC affiliates, reporting to the German headquarters.

Martin Alpermann attended the University of Potsdam from 1999 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as Economics, earning a Diplom in both fields. Additionally, in 2002 to 2003, they studied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.

Lastly, they completed the Chief Financial Officer Leadership Program from Udemy in August 2020.
