Prior to this role, Nadia held the position of Human Resources Development Officer at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk from December 2017 to February 2019, and worked as an Assessor for BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH in July 2016. Nadia holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universitas Negeri Semarang.
