Marina Sevastidou

Marina Sevastidou has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Wargaming since February 2015. Marina's responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, aligning people strategies with business needs, providing consultancy on corporate HR policies, and supporting performance management initiatives. Prior roles at Wargaming include Senior Human Resources Advisor and HR Services Specialist, demonstrating a strong focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle management and organizational design. Before Wargaming, Marina held HR positions at Fiduserve Management Ltd, K.Treppides & Co Ltd, and Alpha Insurance Ltd, gaining expertise in employee relations, recruitment, training coordination, and performance management. Marina holds an MBA from the University of Nicosia and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Cyprus.
