Joel French is an experienced operations and production manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in various creative and media environments. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Warm Street, Joel oversees operational and back office processes for a social agency focused on business growth through music and culture. Previously, roles included Acting Head of Production/Operations Consultant at Preen, Head of Content Production at Maker&Son, and Director of Operations at both Preen & The Nest Post and Cherryduck Studios. With extensive experience managing teams, financial strategies, and operational efficiencies, Joel has contributed to projects for high-profile clients including TikTok, Disney, and Louis Vuitton. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Television Production from Bournemouth University.
