Anna D'Alfonso

Anna D'Alfonso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership development. At Warner Bros. Discovery, Anna held various roles from Associate Product Manager to Senior Product Manager for Learning, Development, and Delivery between August 2020 and February 2024. Prior to this, Anna served as Training and Development Manager at The National Society of Leadership and Success, where responsibilities included developing and facilitating onboarding and training initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Client Success Manager, Leadership Programs Advisor at Pratt Institute, Course Instructor at Baruch College, and Residence Director at Brown University. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
