Avisar Ten-Ami

Avisar Ten-Ami is the Group Vice President of Engineering at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, responsible for overseeing media supply chain engineering and transcoding services. Prior to this role, Ten-Ami served as Group Vice President of Engineering at Discovery Inc., where leadership was provided for media supply chain services. Ten-Ami's extensive experience includes significant positions at Amazon as Senior Manager of the Video Encoding platform and a progressive career at Polycom, culminating as Senior Director of Video Endpoint Engineering, managing large teams and driving product launches. Earlier experience includes roles in the Israeli Air Force as Head of Section and Project Officer. Ten-Ami holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
