Claire Brody

Claire Brody is a seasoned global inclusion professional with significant experience in leadership roles. Claire currently leads a team of creative & production inclusion business partners who support WBD’s Studios, (Warner Bros Motion Picture Group, Warner Bros Television Group, HBO, Max, and Magnolia) Streaming, Games, and Studio Operations businesses. Previously serving as Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for EMEA and as Director of Global DEI COE for Content, Production & Interactive at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, Claire is also an Advisory Board Member at Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership. Prior roles at The Walt Disney Company included Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Lead for EMEA & Russia, where Claire played a pivotal role in localizing global diversity initiatives and co-founding the enterprise LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Disney Pride. Additional earlier experience includes supporting production at Glen Powell’s Mogul Ranch Media and other Disney networks. Claire is a two time British LGBT+ Award nominee and holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television & Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
