Frances Maddocks

Frances Maddocks is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Warner Bros. Discovery since March 2022. Previously, Frances held leadership roles at Discovery Inc., including Director of People & Culture and Senior People & Culture Business Partner, contributing to the company's position as a global entertainment leader. Prior to joining Discovery, Frances worked at Centrica in various HR roles, focusing on organizational design, change management, and HR operational efficiency. Frances began a career in education as a Maths Tutor with Tutor Trust and gained experience in event management as a Venues Assistant at the University of Manchester Students' Union. Frances holds a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from Reed Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester.
