Nathan Braga Pires

Nathan Braga Pires currently serves as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Nike from July 2016 to January 2024, where roles included Diversity Manager, responsibilities encompassed driving the Global Diversity Strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and managing talent pipelines. Additional roles at Nike involved talent acquisition in various regions, employee relations, and participation in the company's work council, offering advice on organizational changes. Earlier experience includes talent acquisition for internships at L'Oréal from September 2014 to May 2016, successfully managing large-scale recruitment initiatives. Nathan earned a degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
