Nitin Kapur

Nitin Kapur is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development within major organizations. At Warner Bros. Discovery, Nitin holds the position of Group VP Engineering for Video Playback, overseeing the development of advanced video player technologies and playback services for platforms including HBO Max and Discovery+. Previously, Nitin established and led the India Development Center, building a robust engineering team focused on direct-to-consumer products. Nitin's prior experience at Amazon included senior director roles in engineering and technical program management, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale platform development and global product launches. Nitin's foundational career began at UBS Investment Bank and American Express, culminating in a strong educational background with degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, Savitribai Phule Pune University, and the Army Institute of Technology.
