Qaisar Rafique

Qaisar Rafique currently serves as EVP, Head of Commercial Development for EMEA & APAC at Warner Bros. Discovery, having previously held roles as SVP for Commercial Strategy in the same regions. Prior positions at Discovery Inc included SVP EMEA Commercial Development and CFO for the UK & Nordics, as well as Group VP of Strategic Development. Rafique has also contributed to Discovery Networks International and MOBY Group, among others, with a strong background in finance and strategic development. Early career experiences include roles at Dunya TV Network and Punjab Group of Companies, where Rafique built foundational expertise in finance and operations.
