Scott Hayes

Scott Hayes is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and employee relations. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Compensation at Warner Bros. Discovery since August 2019, Scott has previously held multiple positions within Discovery Inc from January 2006 to August 2019, including Senior Director and Vice President roles focused on executive compensation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Randstad USA, where Scott was responsible for recruiting and compliance with employment laws. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elizabethtown College.
