Shilan Heravi

Shilan Heravi is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as SVP Engineering at Warner Bros. Discovery since December 2021, overseeing an organization of over 150 engineers, program, and product managers focused on Identity and Access, Partner Integrations, and Trust and Safety divisions. Prior to this role, Shilan was GVP Engineering for both Global Identity at Discovery Inc and held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Global Identity at Amazon from December 2015 to January 2020. Shilan's career began at USA TODAY as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2013 to December 2015. Shilan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
