Carmen Picado Molares

Carmen Picado Molares currently holds the position of A&R at Warner Chappell Music since January 2020, focusing on the artistic development of various artists, including Morat and Ana Mena. Previous experience includes roles as an accounts assistant at quattro idcp and content creation at Pekecha, along with production assistance at Faino Estudio and in the documentary "O Meu Avó Tiña Unha Igual." Carmen's background in sound and production was enhanced through involvement with the Fundación TIC and Dygra Films, contributing to projects such as the soundtrack for "Holy Night" with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Music Industry and Sound Studies from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Técnico Superior in Audiovisual Production. Carmen has also participated in multiple masterclasses related to film and production techniques.
