Bryan Cochran

Bryan Cochran began their work experience in 2003 as a Contract Engineer for Ergotron and Andersen Windows. Bryan then worked as a Project Engineer for Bixby Energy Systems, where they played a key role in the company's growth and development in the renewable energy market. From 2007 to 2008, Cochran worked as a Project Engineer at Graco, leading testing programs and initiating new design concepts. Bryan then served as a Senior Design Engineer at Eaton's Cooper Power Systems, where they led mechanical aspects of product development and established production lines for Smart Energy Grid products. In 2013, Cochran joined Entegris as a Project Engineer, responsible for bringing new products into production and leading cross-departmental meetings for new product launches. Bryan later worked as a Molded Engineering Manager at Woodstream Corporation, overseeing manufacturing operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools. From 2018 to 2020, Cochran served as the Engineering Manager at Plastech Tool and Engineering, where they provided project management leadership and implemented procedures to improve product launch and quality. Most recently, they joined Warner Manufacturing in 2020 as the Vice President of Engineering. Throughout their career, Cochran has demonstrated expertise in project management, manufacturing, design engineering, and product development.

Bryan Cochran earned a Master of Engineering Management degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from St. Cloud State University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming from 1990-1994. Bryan completed their high school education at Laramie High School from 1986-1990.
