Chris Mills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris began their career as an Analyst Intern at Deutsche Bank, where they completed a two-month internship. Chris then worked as a Commodity Desk Assistant at GrainCorp before moving on to Universal Music Australia. At Universal Music, Chris held positions as a Commercial Pricing Analyst and later as a Business Planning & Analysis Manager. Chris was responsible for tasks such as management reporting, sales forecasting, and pricing analysis. Chris also worked with big data through SQL Google BigQuery and Tableau. Following their time at Universal Music, Chris joined Ralph Lauren as a Digital Insights Analyst, focusing on customer insights and loyalty strategies. Most recently, they worked at Virgin Music as an International Data & Analytics lead, overseeing insights and analytics for global teams and helping with strategy development. Currently, they are the Head of Data & Insights at Warner Music Australia.

Chris Mills attended the University of Sydney from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Indonesian Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics. In 2017, they obtained certifications in Tableau 10 Essential Training from Lynda.com and Excel 2016: Macros in Depth, also from Lynda.com.
