Rich Wiles has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Rich is currently serving as the Head of Audience & Content at Warner Music Australia since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BBC Studios as the Head of Digital: Marketing & Content, where they led the digital marketing, content, and platform strategy for local and global franchise brands. Rich was responsible for creating original digital content, developing UX and platforms, and leading cross-functional teams. Before BBC Studios, Rich worked at whiteGREY as a Senior Digital Strategist. Rich also held various positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Digital Director: Content, Product & Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager, Disney Channels. In these roles, they focused on driving audience engagement, consumption, and product innovation. Rich also has experience at ITV, Roadshow Entertainment, and BBC Worldwide in marketing and brand management roles.
Rich Wiles obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Business Management from the University of Reading between 1993 and 1996.
