Martin Schober has a diverse range of work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Martin started their career as an intern at AZ Media in 2010 before moving on to work as a producer at mdr Sputnik and journalist/TV producer at maz&movie GmbH. In 2013, they joined Artist Network as an artist and brand manager, where they handled brand management, PR strategies, and endorsements. Since 2015, Schober has been working at Warner Music Central Europe, first as a product manager for brand partnerships and later as a senior product manager and head of brand partnerships for Central Europe. Their role involves bringing together brands and music for successful partnerships and campaigns.

Martin Schober attended Thomas-Mann-Gymnasium from 2001 to 2007, where they completed their Abitur degree with a focus on English Language and Literature/Letters and German Language and Literature. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Media Science at Technische Universität Ilmenau.
