Alex Ladines

Alex Ladines is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Service Delivery Technology at Warner Music Group since February 2023, where responsibility includes leading global digital service strategies and operational execution for enterprise platforms. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Senior Manager in IT Operations at BDO Canada, enhancing national IT operations and client experiences for over 5,000 users. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Deloitte Canada, overseeing IT Support Services for 14,000+ users, and managing complex IT projects, as well as a cumulative role at QUEUE IT Professionals focusing on large-scale project management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and has a strong foundation in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
