Alison Kwiatkowski

Alison Kwiatkowski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Workplace Experience at Warner Music Group, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the workplace environment, such as real estate, project delivery, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Kwiatkowski held various positions at Deutsche Bank, including Vice President and Americas Business Partner in Global Real Estate, leading workplace strategy and occupancy planning for the Americas. Kwiatkowski's experience also includes working at JLL and AECOM Strategy+, where expertise in workplace initiatives and strategic consulting was developed. Kwiatkowski holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
