Bartosz Szwoch

Bartosz Szwoch is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across the music and media industries. Currently serving as CFO for Eastern Europe at Warner Music Group since February 2021, Bartosz has held significant positions including CFO at ZPAV and Group CFO at Grupa Eurozet. Bartosz's prior experience includes financial directorship at Universal Music Polska, where responsibilities encompassed corporate reporting, budgeting, and managing multiple departments. Bartosz began the professional journey at CANAL+ Group as CFO Deputy, focusing on corporate reporting and financial control systems, and started a career in consulting at KPMG Audyt Polska. Academic achievements include a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the International School of Managers and a Master’s degree in Economy from the University of Warsaw.
