Danielle Laker

Danielle Laker serves as Vice President of Digital Legal Affairs at Warner Music Group since April 2020, following a role as Associate Counsel in the same department. Prior experience includes nearly seven years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where Danielle held the position of Associate focused on IP Transactions, providing counsel on intellectual property issues in various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions. Early career experiences include positions as Summer Associate at Paul, Weiss and Legal Intern at Stuart Weitzman Holdings, LLC, as well as roles in marketing at Digitas. Danielle holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy, Markets & Management from Duke University.
