Jimmy Fong

Jimmy Fong is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as User Support Manager - EMEA/APAC and Technical Lead at Warner Music Group since May 2018. In this role, Jimmy oversees global Workday support across 40+ territories, collaborating with HR and IT partners to ensure the effective functioning of various HR processes. Prior to joining Warner Music Group, Jimmy held multiple roles at Harrods from 2012 to 2018, including HR Systems Analyst and HR Systems and MI Administrator, where responsibilities included managing HR systems and providing management information reports. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Keele University.
