Karen Steincke

Karen Steincke serves as Vice President of Benefits & Compensation Operations at Warner Music Group since September 2022, following a tenure as Head of US Compensation from October 2015 to August 2021. Prior to joining Warner Music Group, Karen held the role of Director/Vice President of Human Resources at Adecco Staffing, USA, where responsibilities included talent management and employee relations for over 1,000 employees. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs, along with an early career position as Associate at Credit Suisse. Karen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
