Katy Henman

Katy Henman is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Legal and Business Affairs Manager - International at Warner Music Group since August 2022. Prior experience includes five years at Kirkland & Ellis, where Katy held roles as an Associate specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as participating in two Vacation Schemes. Earlier experience comprises a Trainee Solicitor position, an E-mentor role at Realising Opportunities, and a Camp Counselor position at Camp Chinqueka. Katy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Law from King's College London and a Legal Practice Course qualification from The University of Law.
