Swapnali Pundlik

Swapnali Pundlik is a seasoned professional in operations and business development with extensive experience in the music and media industry. Currently, Swapnali leads India operations as the Head of Operations for India and SAARC at Warner Music Group, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Swapnali served as the Content Infringement Lead at Believe and held the position of Senior Manager Operations at Sony Music Entertainment India. Additional experience includes roles at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd., Amagi Media Labs, S K Motion Pictures and DNA1 Films, Serco, and Mirza Creations Pvt Ltd. Swapnali holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
