Catherine S. Collins is an accomplished intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in trademark and patent protection, enforcement, and due diligence reviews across various technologies, including medical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, semi-conductor, and clean technologies, as well as consumer products. Currently serving as a partner at Gardner Linn since March 2023, Collins previously held positions as Of Counsel and partner at Warner Norcross + Judd, and partner at Van Dyke Gardner Linn & Burkhart. Collins’ career included roles as a patent examiner at the USPTO and as an associate at Crutsinger & Booth, where Catherine S. drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications. Additionally, Collins has engineering experience from their roles as a Principal Engineer at Stone & Webster and a Project Engineer at ABB Impell. Collins earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University.
