Karla Thommen, MS, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Managing Director of People Operations at The Partners Group since March 2005, leveraging extensive expertise in population health strategy, change management, and organizational development to enhance workforce health, talent retention, and leadership training. Karla has held various roles, including Vice President of Organizational Development and Director of Employee Benefit Services, and is also the President and Executive Director of the North American Healthcare Forum, fostering collaboration within the healthcare industry. Additionally, Karla holds adjunct instructor positions at Warner Pacific College and the National University of Naturopathic Medicine, imparting knowledge in business and healthcare administration. With a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University, as well as a certification as a Corporate Wellness Specialist, Karla is committed to improving organizational performance and client satisfaction.
