Neeru Bhardwaj

Neeru Bhardwaj is a skilled Data Scientist with extensive experience in predictive modeling and data analysis. Currently at WARPSPD since July 2020, Neeru specializes in predicting customer lifetime value (CLTV) using machine learning and ARIMA models. Previously at FirstHandle, from November 2018 to July 2020, significant contributions included utilizing Python and Cassandra for large datasets, conducting k-means analysis for customer segmentation, and developing a customer re-engagement module. Earlier roles, such as Associate Consultant at Atos and Senior System Engineer at Infosys, involved SQL data reporting, incident analysis, and database support. Neeru holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Analytics from University College Cork and both a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Technology and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, respectively.
