Ashish Mody

Ashish Mody is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for Digital Engagement and Salesforce Field Service at Salesforce since December 2018. In these roles, Ashish leads teams focused on developing innovative platform solutions for call centers and field service technicians, emphasizing mobile and offline capabilities. Prior to this, Ashish held significant positions at Medallia, where leadership in engineering teams contributed to the advancement of reporting experiences and mobile applications. Earlier experience includes various engineering roles at Salesforce and positions as a product developer at Research In Motion. Ashish holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
