Michael Warwick

Michael Warwick is a seasoned professional in lighting design and sustainable architecture, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor and BIM Content Creator at Warren and Mahoney since September 2021. With extensive experience as a Sustainable Lighting Consultant at MAW Design since February 2016, Michael specializes in illumination engineering and sustainable design, including Green Star and Homestar certifications. Previous roles include BIM Manager at Ignite and Studio Design + Architecture, where Michael contributed to the award-winning Te Wao Nui project. Michael's career also includes significant positions at Silvester Clark Consulting Engineers, Stephenson & Turner New Zealand Ltd, and the New Zealand Green Building Council, where contributions focused on BIM integration and sustainable design practices. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Lighting from Massey University and a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
