Amanda Zanotto

Amanda Zanotto is a professional with experience in customer care and office administration. Currently serving at Warren Brasil since January 2022, Amanda's role involves client support through various channels such as chat, email, and WhatsApp, alongside utilizing tools like Intranet, Jira Software, Hubspot, Inoa, and Metabase for incident analysis and management of financial transactions. Prior to this, Amanda worked at STV Segurança from October 2020 to December 2021 as an office assistant in the billing department, handling the preparation and organization of essential financial documents. Amanda is pursuing a degree in Marketing at UniRitter, expected to complete in January 2024.
