Drew Anderson

Drew Anderson has extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Health and Director of Human Resources at Warren Equipment Company since January 2011, overseeing compliance, HRIS, payroll, benefits, and talent management. Previously, Drew held the position of Operations Manager at Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson P.C. from July 2005 to December 2010, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations for the law firm. From July 1988 to May 2005, Drew was the Business Administrator at The First Presbyterian Church of Midland, Texas, collaborating with staff on facilities oversight, accounting, and HR compliance. Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University and attended Del Mar College.
