Kushtrim Mazrekaj

Kushtrim Mazrekaj, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the sales and engineering field. Kushtrim started their career as a Student Assistant at DÜCHTING PUMPEN Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co in April 2012 and worked there until March 2013. Kushtrim then moved on to Ruhr University Bochum, where they served as a Student Assistant at the Chair of Hydraulic Fluid Machinery from April to December 2013. In 2014, they joined Brinkmann Pumps Inc., where they held various roles including Sales Applications Engineer from November 2014 to March 2016, Inside Sales Manager from April 2016 to April 2019, and Head of Sales from May 2019 to July 2022. Currently, Kushtrim is working as the Director of Sales, Europe at Warren Rupp, Inc. starting from September 2022. Their experience showcases their expertise in sales and their ability to hold leadership positions in the industry.

Kushtrim Mazrekaj, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mannheim Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering (Energy and Process Engineering) from Ruhr University Bochum between 2012 and 2014. Kushtrim also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering (Energy and Process Engineering) from the same university, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal educational background, Mazrekaj has acquired additional certifications including Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie Training in August 2018 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Inc. in August 2021.
