Ade Gardner has a strong background in rugby, starting as a professional player for St. Helens R.F.C. from 2001 to 2014. After their playing career, they transitioned into a role as an Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach at St.Helens R.F.C. from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Head of Performance at Warrington Wolves, and in 2021, they joined The Rugby Football League as a Strength And Conditioning Coach.
Ade Gardner has a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Central Lancashire. Ade obtained this degree at an unknown time. Ade also has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sports Science from Loughborough College, which they completed between 2013 and 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sports and Exercise at the University of Birmingham, starting in 2022. Ade Gardner has an additional certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the UKSCA (United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association), which they obtained in July 2018.
