Karla Morales-Lee

Karla Morales-Lee is an entrepreneur and innovator with a diverse range of work experiences. Karla is the Co-Founder of Warrior Group, a company focused on building inclusive cultures and driving innovation. Karla is also the Founder of Warrior Group Network, a global community that promotes female representation in climate decision making. Karla has held leadership roles in organizations such as SHE Changes Climate and Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales. Karla has also worked as a Fellow at Zinc and as a Strategy Consultant for GEM Global Environment Media and Kaiasm. Karla'sexpertise lies in communications, strategy, and partnerships in various industries.

Karla Morales-Lee attended the University of Plymouth from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a BA degree in Marketing.
