Dale Hensley

Dale Hensley has extensive experience in the coal industry, currently serving as a Production Foreman at Warrior Met Coal Inc since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dale held similar positions as Production Foreman and Airway Foreman at United Coal Company from May 2020 to July 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Arch Resources, Inc. for a brief period in late 2019, and various roles including Supply Manager at Blackhawk Mining from April 2015 to October 2019, and Heavy Equipment Operator at Aracoma Coal Company Inc and Coal River Energy between 2011 and 2015. Dale's education includes attendance at Belfry High School from 2008 to 2011.
