Dominic Silha

Dominic Silha is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Warrior Met Coal Inc since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dominic held several positions at Michelin beginning as a Process Engineering Intern in 2015, then progressing to Design Engineer and later to Validation Engineer, where responsibilities included engineering tire products for cost savings and quality improvements, overseeing performance and quality of tire production, and supervising teams. As a Uniformity Engineer, Dominic managed the performance of tire uniformity optimizers and balancers, contributing to the launch of key tire models in the market. Dominic earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2017.
